Hudson-Sharpe Management.
- Initiated the
transaction and acted as advisor to Canterbury Belts, Ltd., a
manufacturer of men’s and women’s fine leather accessories, in the sale
of their company to Tandy Brands Accessories Inc., a publicly-traded,
$70 million manufacturer of fine leather goods and accessories.
- Initiated the
transaction and assisted William Blair Capital Partners, a private
investment company along with an investor group, in the acquisition
of Pac-West Telecomm, Inc., a privately-held, leading west coast
Competitive Local Exchange Carrier (CLEC).
- Initiated the
transaction and acted as advisor to Empire Holdings, Inc., a
private investment company, in its acquisition of Valdawn, Inc., a marketer
of licensed watches and clocks to the retail trade.
- Initiated the
transaction and acted as advisor to Products, Unlimited, a manufacturer
of electro-mechanical relays to CH Technologies.
- Initiated and
acted as advisor to Horizon Holdings, LLC, a private investment
company in its acquisition of Cutie Pie Corporation, a producer
of specialty frozen pies and other dessert products.
- Initiated and
acted as advisor to CE White Company, a manufacturer of specialty
seating for the transportation industry, in the sale of their company
to a Private Investor Group and Management.
- Acted as advisor
and assisted TSI Graphics, Inc., a pre-press and color separation
company, in the divestiture of their Magazine Specialty Division
to NEC, Inc.
- Initiated and
acted as advisor to The Rhomas Group, Inc., a private holding
