Mr. Tully has served as a trusted advisor and intermediary
to companies for the past fifteen years. Prior to joining Stevenson & Company,
Rich was a Partner with Deloitte where he led the firm’s global
value centers. He was also the CEO of medical device company
focused on airway management products for anesthesiologists and
emergency medical specialists, and led business development
within a division of the Bayer Group that was actively involved
in divestitures, joint ventures, mergers and acquisitions.
Rich’s experience and expertise in business valuation and the
realization of business value is reflected in his book, The Value
Enterprise, published by McGraw Hill in 1997. He also co-authored
a white paper in 1993 on best practices in due diligence based
on insights that emerged from a Round Table Series involving
Fortune 100 M&A executives conducted over the course of two
years.
Rich has a B.A. in Economics from McGill University and an MBA
in Finance and Strategy from the University of Minnesota. He
is a member of Midwest Business Brokers & Intermediaries
(MBBI) and Vice Commodore of the Lake Forest Yacht Club.
