Our client: Founded in 1945, Injection Plastics Corporation is a full-service plastic injection-molding manufacturer located
in the Chicago area. The company delivers high-quality parts made
of engineering grade plastics, on time and at a competitive price.
The company’s ability to solve each customer’s manufacturing
challenges while providing excellent service helps differentiate
Injection Plastics from its competition. Some of its key customer
relationships span 20 years of service.
The buyer: JJD Industries, owner of a number of manufacturing
companies including Wisconsin Tool and Stamping located in Schiller
Park, IL. The company is a family-owned business that was looking
for added capabilities in plastics processing. It wanted to offer
customers more product solutions by combining metal and plastic
component production.
